Each Category Marker is assigned a different shape to make it easier for you to identify our listings.

Additionally, each sub-category has a unique colour and letter. The letter used is the the first letter of the sub-category's title.

Breeding Farm markers always face to the left and have white letters. Stallion Stallion/Stud Farm markers always face to the right and have black letters.

The Equine Guide invites equine businesses and organizations to list themselves on our map free of charge. However, we also have paid plans that allow them to provide more information than the basic Free listing allows. These paid plans are called Premium and Showcase and each one has a slightly larger marker size.
